Hangzhou's most "desolate" national cultural insurance, which claims to be the only Mahogi image in China, has few tourists.

If you travel to Hangzhou, I believe the vast majority of travelers will pay attention to the West Lake, or Lei Feng Tower for the first time. A smaller traveler will also go to Lingyin Temple for three days.
Hangzhou, a famous historical and cultural city, naturally retains a lot of antiquities. Today, we will share a super minority scenic spot, Baocheng Zen Temple, which was just visited some time ago.
Although Baocheng Zen Temple is a scenic spot with few tourists, it has many names, such as it is a key cultural relics protection unit in China, it has the only Mahoge statue in China, it can be said to be one of the smallest scenic spots flights to ningxia in Hangzhou.
So what exactly is there to see when you get to Baocheng Zen Temple?
Baocheng Zen Temple is located in the eastern foot of Ziyang Mountain in Wushan, Hangzhou. It was founded in the five dynasties. It was first built by King Wu Yue for the imperial concubine Yang. It was changed into er Bao Cheng Yuan in the Northern Song Dynasty, until the Southern Song Dynasty was given the name of Baocheng Temple, which has been used to this day.
Nowadays, the scale of Baocheng Zen Temple has basically maintained its original style. The temple is not mainly imitating the layout of the resident siheyuan. The temple gate of Baocheng Zen Temple is Shitai Gate, which is not exquisite but looks simple and generous.
Walking into the temple also does not look particularly solemn and magnificent, left and right two chambers, the middle of a pavilion like the nrt to hij main hall, the main hall without colorful golden and brilliant Buddha, go to can clearly see the various niches on the rock wall. There are mainly three niches on the rock wall, the left niche for the lotus master statue, the middle niche for the third Buddha, the right niche for the statue of Hogg.
In the middle of the niche on the left, the master of the lotus-peanut made the image, and the knot was sitting on the lotus throne, the crown of the head of the law, the hand with the hand and the body. The surrounding area is provided with 8 small-sized images of different images, and the atmosphere is around the left and right sides of the statue of the master of the lotus-peanut. However, the appearance of the lotus is destroyed, so the traveler can clearly see that the Buddha is the late-stage new building, the Buddha body and the lotus flower stand as the old thing, can focus on.
A few steps into the middle, you can see the statue of the third Buddha, the Lord Sakyamuni, the pharmacist Buddha to the east, and the Amitabha Buddha to the west. The third Buddha sits on the lotus pedestal, wearing a coat and revealing his right shoulder. The statue is very similar. Like the statue on the left, the head is rebuilt in modern times.
If you continue to the right, you will see the treasure of the town temple of Baocheng Zen Temple, that is, the Mahoga statue, which is listed as a key cultural relics protection unit, is the only Tibetan Buddhist statue left in mainland China with an exact age. Founded in the Yuan Dynasty, that is, 1322 years, it also has a history of more than 600 years.
Known in Sanskrit as the great dark sky, Mahogeru statue is 1.38 meters high, looks majestic and steps on the bottom of its feet, squatting as a whole, looking like the legendary "god of war." Because of the worship of Buddhism in Yuan Dynasty and the reputation of Mahogg as the god of war, the dark sky would be sacrificed before each battle. This belief has also been introduced into the people, so many parts of the country have such statues, but now only Hangzhou is afraid.
Manshu and Puxian statues are set up on both sides of Mahogera statues. Puxian sits on green lions and Puxian rides on white elephants. The two statues are equally majestic and seem to have momentum.
It can be said that there are a lot of statues retained in China today, but they are so strange and well preserved and very rare for Tibetan "Brahma" statues, so if you travel to Hangzhou, you might as well sign in here.
How can I get to Baocheng Zen Temple?
The temple can be seen along the South Zhongshan South Road from the Heyuan Street, and then it will be able to see the temple at the entrance of the Danone Lane.
